Milk Storage Silos​

Function: Temporary storage of chilled or pasteurized milk while maintaining hygiene and temperature stability.

Capacity Range: 500 to 50,000 Liters (custom capacities available)

Specifications:

  • Material: SS 304/316 with internal mirror finish for hygienic milk handling

  • Insulation: PUF insulated shell (50–100 mm) to retain cooling efficiency

  • Agitator: Slow-speed agitator prevents cream separation and ensures uniformity

  • Cooling: Integrated direct expansion system or chilled water jacket

  • Temperature Display: Digital readout with high/low alarm for real-time monitoring

  • CIP System: CIP-ready with spray balls and SS piping for internal cleaning

Application Industries: Dairy Processing Plants, Milk Collection Centers, Cooperative Societies, Ice Cream Manufacturing Units

Optional: Load cells for volume monitoring, level sensors, auto-fill control, stainless steel ladder/platform
